by COCOA. The written
confirmation letter and an
executed copy of the
COCOA Policy and
Agreement on Sponsorship
form the sponsorship
contract.
2. A 50% initial deposit
must accompany this
sponsorship application. An
invoice for the balance of
payment will be forwarded
with the documents of
agreement. The balance of
the sponsorship payment is
due within 60 days of the
date of the sponsorship
confirmation letter. COCOA
accepts Visa, MasterCard
and Discover.
3. COCOA reserves the
right to reject a
sponsorship application.
