• Advisory Council members are volunteer citizens who represent older adults and individuals with disabilities within our community.

The Advisory Council of the Council on Aging of Central Oregon ensures community input and participation in the development of priorities and the delivery of services in our service area. The Council also reviews and comments on policies, programs, and actions that affect older persons.  The Advisory Council comprises a maximum of 15 members, fifty percent of whom are age 60 or older. Terms of membership are limited to a three-year period; members can serve no longer than six consecutive years on the Council.  The Advisory Council meets on the second Friday every other month at 10:00 a.m. at the Bend office:
