HOME DELIVERED MEALS -
Home delivered meals are provided to homebound persons who,
based on an assessment, are unable to meet their daily nutritional
needs. Home delivered meals provide one hot noon meal and frozen
weekend meals.
NUTRITION EDUCATION AND COUNSELING -
Referral to a Registered Dietitian is available for counseling and
assistance with special diet problems, restrictions, food/nutrition
related questions, and nutrition education.
