Adult Protective Services is part of the Oregon Department of Human Services-Aging and People with Disabilities. Their Purpose is to provide protection and intervention for adults, age 65 and older or over 18 and deemed disabled with a physical disability by the Social Security Administration, or any resident of a nursing facility or an adult resident of a DHS Licensed facility.
