As a community institution that has been working hard to improve the lives of Central Oregon’s older adults, their families, and unpaid caretakers, we provide access to our financials and Community Impact Report to demonstrate our organization’s value. All of our expenses support our mission to connect older adults and their loved ones to information and services that support their changing needs as they age, so seniors can safely and successfully remain in their homes.

In 2025, we were grateful to have:
- delivered 153,409 Meals on Wheels
- served 45,465 senior lunches
- answered 7,382 calls with information and referrals
- provided 1,073 hours of Medicare counseling
- served 1,100 clients with case management
- provided 822 hours of paid respite support for caregivers
- delivered pet food, supplies, and veterinary care to 177 clients with 265 pets
- matched 64 clients and volunteers for Caring Connections
