I am a recognized expert in leadership and organizational development, with 40 years of experience in leadership, facilitation, organizational development, consulting, and coaching. I am a Master Certified Coach (MCC) with over 10,000 paid hours of client coaching.

I held global senior leadership positions at General Electric, Digital Equipment, and Novell before opening my business, SageCoach, in 1997. I hold degrees from the University of Michigan and the University of Utah.
I have a passion for people who want to be all they can be, and I believe we are all leaders in life. I know that discovering and applying strengths is the key to job satisfaction, balance, and life fulfillment.
Outside of my professional roles, I enthusiastically pursue hiking, kayaking, geocaching, social justice, watercolor, and camping from my home in Bend, which I share with my partner, Brian, a gorgeous Springer Spaniel named Gus, and a pair of sibling cats. I have visited all 50 states and all 63 National Parks and am now working on Oregon State Parks!
Why I Serve
“Aside from the fact that I am a widow and aging myself, I choose to be part of a team that respects, values, supports, and encourages healthy thriving and social connection well into our senior years. I recently completed several years as a volunteer with End of Life Choices Oregon, during which time I learned a great deal about living well until you die.”
