Carmencita is a dedicated professional with over 30 years in healthcare administration and over 50 years in non-profit community based organizations. She runs her own business as a consultant for Path 47 working on projects that create transformative change for courageous institutions.
Carmencita continues to work tirelessly with empowering communities and ensuring systems change reflects the needs of those they serve.
Carmencita enjoys being in community, cooking and the adventures Central Oregon offers.
Why I Serve
Carmencita serves on the Council on Aging due to her deep concern about the gaps and disparities in care for our aging population. Our current system often leaves seniors isolated and struggling to receive the dignified care they deserve. Carmencita is passionate about advocating for policies and practices that honor the wisdom and dignity of our aging population.
