Board Member
Jim Noel is a retired lawyer who worked for various sports and media organizations. He served as Chief Legal Officer of the not-for-profit United States Golf Association. He also oversaw grant proposals and administration for NFL Charities while holding several legal-related positions at the National Football League. He was a member of ESPN’s Programming & Production Diversity Task Force. He was on the Boards of the Seattle Make A Wish Foundation Chapter and the Issaquah Highlands Community Association and a member of the Town of Litchfield Board of Burgesses. A seven-year Bend resident, he has served on numerous committees at the Bend Golf Club. His wife Ginny is a Meals On Wheels volunteer.
