- Meals on Wheels home-delivery will continue uninterrupted using a non-contact delivery method. We have suspended hand-to-hand delivery and are having volunteers and our clients keep a six-foot distance from each other. Click here for a list of locations offering Meals on Wheels Delivery.
Generally, the home-delivered meals are delivered by volunteers between 10 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Clients are provided with a recommendation on how many meals a week are to be delivered, based on their needs.
Meals on Wheels Eligibility
To be eligible, older adults need to be aged 60 or over and either be home-bound or have difficulty shopping or cooking for themselves. Our case managers do a home visit to assess eligibility for the Meals on Wheels program as well as many other programs we have.

Pet Food and Supplies
For many older adults, particularly those who are home-bound, their pet is one of their closest companions. But financial constraints, coupled with seniors’ inability to leave the house to purchase pet food or secure veterinary help, greatly reduce their ability to care for or, in some cases, even keep their dogs and cats.
Due to generous support from a number of partners, we are including pet food and supplies along with delivery of Meals on Wheels to our older adults clients.
