Adult Protective Services is part of the Oregon Department of Human Services Aging and People with Disabilities. Their purpose is to provide protection and intervention for adults age 65 and older, those over 18 with a physical disability, or any resident of a nursing facility or an adult resident of a DHS Licensed facility.
