Dial-a-Ride – Cascades East Transit’s Dial-A-Ride service provides curb-to-curb transportation across Central Oregon, with an application required in Bend for those with disabilities or low income, while in other cities like Redmond, La Pine, Prineville, Sisters, and Madras, the service is open to the general public without an application.
