The Council on Aging partners with Legal Aid Services of Oregon to offer free legal advice through the Senior Law Project. These 30-minute, in-person sessions are an opportunity to discuss subjects like long-term care, housing, renter’s rights, utilities, protective services, defense of guardianship, abuse, neglect, and age discrimination with a licensed attorney.

- 30-minute consultation
- Appointment slots are limited
- Seniors may retain volunteer lawyers to do additional legal work beyond the consultation for a fee if they choose.
