Our Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) volunteers offer free, unbiased and confidential assistance with Medicare insurance choices.
The one-on-one phone or ZOOM sessions assist seniors in reevaluating their Medicare coverage and make changes or purchase new policies if they want to do so.
Changes need to be made by Dec. 7, 2020 for coverage to begin without interruption on Jan. 1, 2021.

• Review your current coverage and changes in 2021
• Sign up for or change Medicare Part D plan
• Sign up for or change Medicare Advantage Plan
• Switch from original Medicare to Medicare Advantage or vice versa

Callers will be asked to leave a message, which will be returned by a certified SHIBA counselor, usually by the end of the next business day. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, all Medicare Counseling appointments this year will be over the phone or ZOOM only.
