Deschutes Public Library is hosting Caregiving: Navigating the Journey, an empowering talk on caregiving, where they will explore practical strategies for self-care, navigating challenges, and fostering resilience.
Certified Caregiving Consultant Patty Sherin will lead this presentation that aims to encourage caregivers to bring creativity, laughter, and connection to their loved ones living with Alzheimer’s and dementia.
