The Council on Aging’s Help Desk is the first stop for information and resources on the various issues that might arise as you or a loved one is aging. Our Resource specialists are ready to listen to your questions and concerns, look for answers, and provide you with information about your options for senior services, which may include a referral to local programs offered by the Council on Aging or other community partners.

Who We Serve

We support all adults 60 years or older, their families, and unpaid caregivers in the tri-county.

You can meet in-person with one of our Resource specialists at the following locations/times to provide you with tools and support to meet your needs.

Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Connecting you with other programs at the Council on Aging

Our Help Desk specialists can also connect you with other programs at the Council on Aging like Meals on Wheels, Medicare Counseling, caregivers support and respite, Caring Connections, and In-Home Care Services.
